  • Are you a real estate agent and are there fees or commissions involved?  No, we are not licensed agents or brokers. We are real estate investors and we buy and sell properties on our own behalf. In any transaction, we represent ourselves and you represent yourself. That means that you do not pay us any commissions. If you buy one of our homes, the only fees involved are the normal costs and fees associated with purchasing a home.
  • How long does the home selling process take?    Receiving your offer can take anywhere from 2 to 48 hours. Once your offer is ready, we’ll email or call you with your no obligation offer.  If you feel something has been overlooked, please let us know and we can possibly generate a new offer.  
  • What types of homes do you buy?     We buy all types of homes. Any size. Any condition. Any situation. You don't need to make any repairs, or even clean before we buy your home.   • If I'm behind on my mortgage payments, can you still buy my home?   Yes! We buy homes in any type of financial situation. We work directly with the banks, are very familiar with the foreclosure process, and often buy homes that are behind on payments.
  • What types of properties do you sell?   We sell all types of residential properties in all types of conditions.   • What if repairs are needed on my home?   There's a couple options:   You can skip the hassle and pass the work on to us. We’ll deduct the costs from your proceeds and manage the repairs after closing.  We only charge you what is needed to make the repair and any discounts we receive are passed on to you. The majority of our customers choose this option.  Another option is to handle the repairs yourself.  You can choose to handle some or all of the repair items. Note, that some items require a licensed contractor and a follow-up inspection.
  • How does my mortgage get paid off?    Once the contract is signed, an escrow account is opened. On your closing date (which you determine), the escrow agent will send the payoff amount to your mortgage lender, and the remaining funds will be wired to your provided account.
